We bought the "Green" membership which is in her name. I'll be her guest when I'm home. We paid the full year in advance. When I'm on the road I'll be working out at select truck stops that offer workout rooms.
Several years ago I followed the Adkin's Diet. Lost a lot of weight and kept it off for many years until trucking changed my lifestyle. I'm going back to the Adkins way. Just bought this Amazon ebook, "The New Adkins Made Easy"?
